For more and more of us pets are becoming members of our family, so why would you leave a member of your family behind when you travel? Your pets are probably the ones who are the most fun to travel with! You never hear a dog whine, or ask "Are we there yet?". Your dog will love you for taking him/her along with you on a trip with their enthusiasm for each new travel adventure being contagious! The good news is, more and more places are welcoming you and your pets with open arms and why wouldn't they!

Travelling with your pets isn't always easy, but fortunately, you don't have to sacrifice staying in a nice place for the sake of your dog anymore. A growing number of hotels and cottage owners are now catering to the dog owning traveler, complete with plush beds, special menus and some even with dog walking services.

In the UK a lot of people treat their pets like children so it's not unusual to find plenty of places where your pet will be spoiled.
